Returns for Non-Damaged Products
- Return Shipping Fee: If you decide that you do not like the product, the return shipping fee will be your responsibility.
- Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return the item.
- Condition of Items: Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Any signs of use or damage will result in a deduction from your refund.
- Refund Process: Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
Returns for Damaged Products
- Proof of Damage: If the product arrives damaged, please provide photographic evidence of the damage within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Store Responsibility: Upon verification of the damage, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- Replacement or Refund: You can choose to receive a replacement product if a similar product is available in stock or a full refund.
How to Initiate a Return

- Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions for the return process.
- Shipping: For non-damaged items, you will be responsible for shipping the item back to us. For damaged items, we will arrange the return shipping.

- Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made items, clearance items, and gift cards are non-returnable.
